The first macro generates combo points, the second macro consumes combo points. The third is for spells with a cooldown for damage boost. Copy them into your macro ui and then drag to your action bar. Adjust for preference.

The first macro generates combo points with rake, moonfire, and shreds for the second macro. The multiple shreds in the sequence are there to ensure the rake spell is not cast more than necessary. The reset=2 part gives you 2 seconds to be active within the spell sequence, before it auto resets back to start of sequence. Changing target also resets the sequence. The macro casts swipe when holding down the ctrl, shift modifier keys, and moonfire on alt key.
